SHIPPING POLICY

We mainly sell digital products (static website source code), so we adopt electronic delivery method and there is no physical logistics involved:

4.1 Delivery Process

  1. After the payment is completed, the system will immediately generate a download link.
  2. The download link will be sent to the email address you provided when making the purchase.
  3. You can also log in to your account and view and download the purchased products in "My Orders".
  4. The download link is valid for 30 days and can be downloaded multiple times during this period.

4.2 Delivery Time

  • Electronic delivery: within 1 - 5 minutes after successful payment
  • For customized services or technical support, the response time is within 24 hours.

4.3 Delivery Content

Each order includes:

  • Complete static website source code package (in ZIP format)
  • Detailed user manual and installation guide
  • Demo link and preview images
  • Contact information for technical support

Handling of Special Situations

4.4 Not Receiving the Download Link

If you don't receive the download link within 10 minutes after payment, please:

  1. Check the spam/promotion email folder.
  2. Log in to your account to check the order status.
  3. Contact our customer service: Iris@lovezent.com.
  4. Provide your order number and purchase email, and we will resend it.

4.5 Download Link Expired

If the download link expires or becomes invalid, please contact the customer service to obtain a new download link, and the validity period can be extended to 90 days.

4.6 Customized Delivery

If you need customized static website development services, we will:

  1. Sign a formal service agreement.
  2. Clarify the delivery time and milestones.
  3. Deliver the customized results via email/cloud disk/code repository, etc.
  4. Provide a detailed delivery list and acceptance criteria.

International Delivery

Our digital products support global delivery without geographical restrictions:

  • User manuals in multiple languages are supported.
  • Technical support adapted to time zones is provided.
  • Multiple international payment methods are accepted.
  • There are no cross - border delivery fees and tariffs.
